How can I take off my post-menopause weight gain? - post menopause more condition_symptoms
I diet all my life and know most of the boards of the traditional diet. My eating habits are not always the greatest -) I binge "healthy snacks (boredom, emotions, plus 3 meals low fat low carb. I Count Calories and 1200 on a good day of 1600 in a day of rest. I train pretty regularly 3x 1 hours walk per week, 2x and 1x Pilates exercises with weights. I feel good, but not yet managed to take the middle-aged "tires. Last year I was able to 10 pounds, but he seems to reset it. I feel discouraged and do not like how LOOOK now on the clothes. Ideas?
