I'm going to tackle this arm blasting workout, think it will work? - light extension arm

Crazy Curl 6 bar (6 seconds positive, negative, 6 seconds to 6 repetitions of 72 seconds of pressure on the biceps)

Reverse barbell preacher, 2x7
Reverse Bar Curl 2x12

Tri Day 2
x10 Skull Crushers superset with Triceps Press is downsx6 x6
Close-Grip Bench Press, 2x8
Skullcrusher heavy 2x6
Crazy Skullcrusher 6, (6 seconds positive, negative, six seconds for a total of six sets)
Tricep Press 2x6 heavy
Triceps light, 2x10
Tricep dips, 2x10
Inc.Pumps Online pyramid, 2x8
2x8 Dumbbell Extensions

Day 3, Pecs
Pec deck, 3x6, 3x8, 3x10
Chest Press, 3x6, 3x8, 3x10
Do you think that working this exercise, if they good? Thank you: D BTW, I've kept for 6 months, but only gained 1 inch in my arms ...
