not enough iron - had answered his own question. Not too serious to start, even if you are very tired most of the time. Prolonged deficiency can cause problems, however. Taking an iron supplement with vitamin C (helps the body absorb iron) every day and you'll feel better in one or two weeks. Or search for your doctor if symptoms persist.
