Espresso help? La Cimbali M30 Bistro? - la cimbali m30 bistro
At work we have an espresso machine, La Cimbali M30. Usually it works like a champ, but lately, when the excess water drip off, began to overflow a few times a day. I have tried bleach, to clean any obstruction to flow, but in vain. Any help to solve this problem? Everything would be great.

We had the same problem with an espresso machine differently. There were two bad things:
1: The tube that the water flows over time changed, so that was the trick in it. The water was unable to keep backups.
2: so full of coffee that had accumulated over time. It was almost set to be deported, no solution or bleach, too!
We have the problem resolved by simply replacing the pipe that leads water to the bottom of the machine. We have a replacement at a hardware store, but it can be done with a specialized supplier of espresso coffee that would be better.
